The Youth Commission is a newly formed group with the purpose of engaging the youth of Meridian Township by actively involving them in the functions of municipal governance.

Members of the Youth Commission will work with the Township Board to promote environmental stewardship, mental health awareness, community events, cultural appreciation, diversity, and adaptability in government through the perspectives of younger individuals.

We are currently accepting applications for anyone interested in serving on this commission. Interested applicants must be between the ages of 14-19, a resident of Meridian Township, and/or attend a school within the boundaries of Meridian Township.
