Land Preservation Advisory Board
The eight-member Land Preservation Advisory Board is appointed by the Meridian Township Board, with members serving four-year terms. The Board’s responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, and negotiating land preservation opportunities, then forwarding recommendations to the Township Board. They prepare stewardship plans for each property and host neighborhood gatherings to educate residents and promote the long-term care of these special areas.
