Update December 27, 2018: 

The Township Trustee search committee met for almost two hours today and selected the following three candidates as the finalists for the Township Trustee position:

Scott Hendrickson
Patricia Nowak
Courtney Wisinski

On Tuesday, January 8, 2019 there will be a special Board meeting where each of the finalists will be interviewed. Below is the interview schedule:

3:00 pm Scott Hendrickson
3:45 pm Patricia Nowak
4:30 pm Courtney Wisinski

Interview times were selected by random draw. The Board is scheduled to make an official appointment during their January 8, 2018 Regular Township Board Meeting.

Update on Friday, December 21, 2018:

The Township has received seven applications for the Township Trustee vacancy. These include the following individuals (in no particular order):

Patricia Nowak
Courtney Wisinski
Scott Hendrickson
Renee Korrey
Patricia McPhee
Linda Burghardt

In addition to the candidates listed, one candidate has requested confidentiality for their application, as allowed by Section 4(f) of the Open Meetings Act. Any applications for which confidentiality is requested will be discussed by the Committee in a closed session, as provided by that section. If the Committee chooses any of those candidates as finalists, their applications will become public prior to any interviews by the Township Board, in accordance with Section 4(f) of the Open Meetings Act. MCL 15.268(f).  

Update on Thursday, December 20, 2018: 

The Township Trustee Search Committee will review the seven applications for the Township Trustee Vacancy on Thursday, December 27, 2018. Interviews will be on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 from 4 pm - 6 pm. The regular meeting of the Township Board begins at 6 pm on Tuesday, January 8, 2019.
