August Special Election Day

Election Day is on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. Eligible voters in Meridian Township will have the chance to vote on the Community and Senior Center ballot proposals for the special election. Polls will open at 7:00 am, and ballot drop boxes and polling locations will close at 8:00 pm.

On Election Day, voters must bring a valid ID to their polling location. Valid IDs on Election Day include a Michigan driver’s license or state ID, a driver’s license or personal ID card issued by another state, a federal, state, county, or local government-issued photo ID, a U.S. passport, a military ID with photo, a student ID with a photo from a high school or accredited institution of higher learning, or a tribal ID card with a photo. If voters do not have their ID, they must sign an affidavit before casting their vote.
