Bees & Beyond: The Secret Life of Pollinators

Michigan is home to more than 1,800 species of flowering plants, with the majority of those plants relying on pollinators to remain viable. Join Brian Jennings from Center of Michigan Beekeepers (COMB) to learn more about bees and other pollinators that help our earth flourish. You will learn about native species of pollinators, how you can help ensure their survival and also take a look into the Harris Nature Center observation hive to see Honey Bees at work!

Contact HNC at 517.349.3866 or hnc@meridian.mi.us for more information and to register.

The cost is $5/person and is payable at the time of the program. You can also register online here (non-refundable).
