Join us to remove invasive honeysuckle shrubs from our stewardship area in Nancy Moore Park located behind the baseball field. We are currently working to restore this area to promote diverse woodland flowers and shrubs. All tools are provided and no experience is necessary, we will teach you all you need to know. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear close-toed shoes. Come connect, learn and conserve with us!

Weekday Warriors are a weekday stewardship group that is part of the Meridian Conservation Corps. We meet every other Thursday to work on small, but important stewardship projects in the Township. We do invasive species removal, litter cleanup, native seed collection and sowing, sometimes all at once!

Participants are encouraged to pre-register but walk-ins are welcome. All workdays are outdoors and may be canceled due to inclement weather.
