Notice is hereby given that the Clerk’s Office of the Charter Township of Meridian will hold a public opening of the Risk-Limiting Audit ballot retrieval on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 2:00 pm online.
The State Bureau of Elections has created the ballot retrieval list for the Risk-Limiting Audit for the November 3, 2020 General Election Presidential race. Meridian Township is one of 21 jurisdictions in Ingham County that will be retrieving ballots for the audit.
In the interest of transparency while maintaining safety during a pandemic, Township Clerk Deborah Guthrie will be hosting a live ballot retrieval event. The public can join the virtual ballot retrieval event on HOMTV via Comcast Channel 21 in Meridian Township and East Lansing, HOMTV Facebook and HOMTV YouTube channel.
